Small studio of 18m2 for rent
We are renting a small 18 m² studio, formerly a garden shed adjoining our house that we have transformed.
It is a bright studio with a sofa bed in the small lounge area. A kitchenette with a fridge freezer, a 2-burner hob, a combination oven (oven and microwave), storage and a folding table for meals. There are three wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
A shared washing machine.
The house is located in the village of Seugy, 20 minutes by car and 35 minutes by bus from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and 45 minutes by train from Gare du Nord.
All charges included (water, electricity, gas boiler heating, Wi-Fi fiber internet).
