Non-smoking apartment, smoking on the balcony only. Silence requested between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. No visits possible given the layout of the apartment.
Well-managed condominium, close to shops, free public parking in front of the building, modest neighborhood currently being renovated.
I ask for a month's deposit, plus €40 of charges per month.
