Poitiers room near train station, airport, 22 m2
I have a large room for rent on the 2nd floor of my house. The kitchen/living room and the bathroom are shared. The room has a double bed, a sink, a chest of drawers, a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a child, although it is not the most comfortable.
The house, facing south, has a terrace and a small garden. Located 20 minutes walk from the city center, or 5 minutes by bus or bike. Parking is possible in the neighboring street. Close to the train station, the airport and various small shops.
I put a month max. but it is negotiable with you. I study all proposals for long stay or regularity.

For smokers, smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, access to an outdoor area is provided, saving you from having to smoke on the sidewalk.
