Beautiful Room In Very Bright Apartment At The Musicians
The extra touch is the balcony in the kitchen with a view of the wooded garden and the sky, where you can have lunch, work and relax.
You will appreciate the tranquility of the apartment, always very bright, located on the 4th floor of an Art Deco building. It offers a double exposure as well as two balconies overlooking two wooded interior courtyards, where you can only hear the sound of birds.
The apartment includes an entrance with corridor, two bedrooms, one with a balcony, a fitted kitchen with balcony overlooking the garden and a bathroom including a bathtub.
Tram station: Alsace Lorraine. Close to the beach and the city center. Easy access to the nearest supermarkets, cafes and bakeries.

Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.
